This music-filled class celebrates the unique joys of your growing child. Each week your child will love singing, dancing, and playing instruments with you and their new friends and you'll love helping your child practice a wide variety of abilities such as gross and fine motor skills, turn-taking, social skills, and active listening. In class, we'll also share tips and ideas for using music throughout the week. Plus, the fun (and learning!) continue with the Kindermusik home materials, including music from class, musical activities, and each month's story.
Meet Your Kindermusik Educator!
Music has always been an important part of Cindy’s life. She began playing the clarinet at age 9 and went on to also play the piano, sing in children and youth choirs and play in community and school bands all through high school. After high school, she earned a BS in Music Education and has spent over 30 years teaching both children and adults music in both public school and private settings. In 1998, she was introduced to Kindermusik and has been an educator ever since. She loves providing opportunities to musically enrich a child’s life, as well as providing a way to help parents/guardians create connections with other families. Cindy resides in Wilmington with her husband and their dog, Millie. Her grown children also live in Wilmington and share her love and passion for music.
