Camp Swickleputt runs from 9am-2pm, Monday through Friday. Participants will fall into one of two categories: Majors are 8-11 years old and Minors are 5-7 years old. There are up to 8 participants per group, per session. Each day kicks off with a made-to-order breakfast (majors and minors together) and icebreaker social time. Sports will alternate throughout the day each day, with majors and minors in separate groups.
The overarching themes of the activities at Camp Swickleputt are innovation, independence, determination, courage, and sincerity. Snacks and water will be provided. After the final sport of the day, lunch is provided with a daily recap. Friday crafting and a pizza party will be the camp capstone event. All sports equipment is provided (towels, goggles, pickleball racquets, pickleballs, putters, golf balls).
Please provide for your child: bathing suit, dry change of clothes, sunscreen, any additional snack or drink requirements, medications & instructions, etc. An allergy and medication questionnaire is included on the registration form.
