Come celebrate the Fit for Fun Center's 12th birthday on Friday, September 9th with a FREE play session and a yummy cupcake for snack. 9 am – 12 noon or 1 pm – 4 pm (Free Admission). The Center is for kids ages 5 and under.
The Fit for Fun Center, a City of Wilmington facility, opened its doors in September, 1999 to provide programming for the 5 years old and younger population and their families. The center has served over 161,260 children, parents, and caretakers since its opening. The Fit for Fun Center encourages children and parents to interact in a fun, interactive play environment that meets the educational, physical, and creative needs of our growing population of preschool children in Wilmington. The center also provides outside agencies with an additional age appropriate play setting for therapies and visitation.
