Peach Crisp for One

Peaches are a wonderful summer treat and a peach crisp makes a delicious dessert. However, in the summer many people don't like to turn on their oven and heat their kitchen. This recipe from SparkPeople.com allows you to make  a single serving of peach crisp in your microwave.

Single Serving of Peach Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1-2 peaches
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • Peel and slice the peaches into a microwavable bowl
  • Splash vanilla over peaches and stir
  • In a separate bowl, combine other ingredients with a fork
  • Pour these mixed ingredients over the peaches
  • Microwave for 3-5 minutes
