Counseling Center of Family Services, located at 1501 Dock St., provides programs in Anger Management, Marriage Therapy, and Family Counseling along with a variety of other services. The CIS (Communities in Schools) Waccamaw Family Resource Center in Ash offers GED classes, ESL classes, preschool classes, parenting classes (Spanish & English), a Mobile Health Unit, WIC applications, Health Choice/Health Check applications, free transportation, free childcare for GED and ESL participants, afterschool programs, foster care support groups, food and clothing closet referrals and a preteen group. Leland Family Literacy Program
Leland Family Literacy Center offers a family literacy program for Brunswick County residents with children ages 6 weeks to 7 years of age.
