Pea Pod Plus
Traveling with children can be a joy, but working out sleeping arrangements for them can seem like a chore. If they are too old for the “pack and play”, they typically have transitioned into a regular bed with a rail/rails attached for safety. However, most parents would prefer to not take bulky bed rails with them when traveling.
KidCo has come up with a wonderful solution to this problem by offering parents a lightweight, portable sleeping system known as the Pea Pod Plus. This travel bed is like a child’s bedroom away from home. It includes an inflatable air mattress which can be fully inflated in less than 5 minutes with the air pump that is also included. The air mattress then slips inside the “pod” which is like a pop up tent and requires no assembly. Add your child’s favorite pillow, linens and blanket and they have the perfect sleep retreat.
The Pea Pod Plus can also be used outdoors as a resting or play place for your little ones. The exterior material provides UV protection, while the windscreens can be opened or closed for comfort. There are also mesh panels that could be zipped closed to shield children from insects. Weighing only 4.75 pounds, the Pea Pod Plus can travel easily to all outdoor events!
The Pea Pod Plus can accommodate babies and young children up to about age 6 depending on their size. When opened, the Pod is 52.5 inches long and 34 inches wide.
